Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts continues to grow its North American footprint with the opening of new parks and major expansions at existing locations in the United States and Canada.
The brand, franchised by Camp Jellystone in Southfield, Michigan, now operates more than 75 locations, offering family-friendly attractions and accommodations.
“Our franchisees have not only built new parks from the ground up, but they’ve also rebuilt and expanded existing campgrounds and equipped them with the fun water features and other attractions that make Jellystone Park a favorite family glamping and family camping destination,” Trent Hershenson, vice president of marketing for Camp Jellystone, said in a press release.
This year, new Jellystone Park locations will debut in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island; Lake Charles, Louisiana; and Watts Bar Lake, Tennessee. Each location will feature signature amenities such as swimming pools, splashgrounds, and interactive family experiences.
In Canada, the Cavendish KOA Holiday campground will reopen as a Jellystone Park before Victoria Day on May 19. Operated by Maritime Fun Group, the site will include a petting zoo, RC car track, and extensive recreational facilities, including walking trails and a playground.

Four Points RV Resorts also acquired LeBleu Lakes RV Resort in Lake Charles and is converting the site into a Jellystone Park with upgrades such as water slides, a splashground, and a floating obstacle course.
The park is expected to open on May 21 with 200 campsites, eventually expanding to more than 350.
In February, the Tennessee location near Watts Bar Lake began operating and plans to add multiple attractions this summer, including two pools, an outdoor movie theater, and luxury glamping cabins.
The resort will also offer family activities such as laser tag, gem mining, and wagon rides with Yogi Bear character appearances.
Additionally, two additional campgrounds joined the network in 2023. The Cochran, Georgia, location features shaded RV sites, lakeside views, and Yogi Bear character encounters.
In Utah, Jellystone Park Zion includes a large water zone and proximity to state and national parks, offering luxury cabins and a full schedule of activities.
Existing Jellystone Park locations are also undergoing significant improvements. In Elberta, Alabama, phased expansions will add 60 new RV sites.
Bath, New York, is also adding a mega water slide and has expanded motel accommodations.
Bremen, Georgia, is completing a major expansion with more than 200 new RV sites, 71 cabins, and water features, including a splashground and lake. The park is also converting its general store into an activity center.
Caledonia, Wisconsin, is adding cabins with lofted decks and screened porches.
Other updates across the network include new cabins in Estes Park, Colorado; a new heated pool in Jamestown, New York; a water wars game in Mansfield, Pennsylvania; and an RC track in Mill Run, Pennsylvania.
Madison, Maine, is also adding gellyball, and Milton, New Hampshire, will unveil a new water playground this year.
