IVEE Group, a provider of management services for the outdoor hospitality industry, assumed management of the Junction West RV Parks, a portfolio of five RV parks in Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
The Junction West portfolio includes RV parks in Grand Junction, Durango, Vallecito in Colorado; Coffeyville, Kansas; and Ponca City, Oklahoma. Each park offers a range of amenities for travelers, from natural surroundings to well-maintained facilities and family-friendly activities.
Tom Mason, CEO of IVEE Group, conveyed his enthusiasm about integrating the Junction West RV Parks into the IVEE family, noting that these parks represent the range of campgrounds found not just in the IVEE portfolio but across the country.
“We’re looking for value add opportunities at the campgrounds occupied by workers and how we can better manage the transient market across the Colorado properties. The portfolio comes with great managers, opportunity, and upside potential,” Mason said.
According to a press release, IVEE Group’s management services are designed to optimize park operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Junction West Coffeyville offers 30/50 amp spaces, full hook-ups, and gravel pull-thru spots. The 90 by 45 RV spaces are surrounded by lush green grass. Amenities include Wi-Fi, coin laundry, and an onsite bath and shower house.
Furthermore, Grand Junction RV Park features spacious sites that accommodate slide-outs and tow vehicles. The park also offers free high-speed wireless internet, a playground, and a variety of other amenities. At JW Durango Riverside Resort, guests can choose from rustic cabins, vacation rentals, riverfront RV sites, spacious super-sites, or tent sites.
