The RV Women’s Alliance has selected three finalists for its annual Leader of Tomorrow Award from more than 50 applications, with the winner set to be announced Oct. 15 during the organization’s Education Symposium.
The finalists are Catherine Barsanti, senior manager of creative at the RV Industry Association; Madi White, sales director at Brinkley RV; and Ronnetha Morman, marketing and operations manager at Campers Inn RV.
The award recognizes an RV Women’s Alliance individual member making an impact on the RV industry during the early stages of her career. The program focuses on recognizing emerging professionals dedicated to empowering women and developing leadership within the industry.
Barsanti joined the RV Industry Association in 2021 and has expanded her responsibilities from digital media and graphic design to creative strategy and leadership. Her work spans digital experiences, photography, video, social media, training resources and brand communications for the RV Industry Association, RV Technical Institute and Go RVing.
She also serves as staff liaison for the RV Industry Emerging Leaders Coalition and contributes to the RV Women’s Alliance through education, advocacy and mentorship.
White has spent four years in the RV industry and became an OEM representative before age 25. Her career progressed from sales and marketing support to her current role in less than three years, with responsibilities covering marketing, product knowledge, training, dealer relationships, consumer events and industry shows.
Her work also includes supporting events outside her territory, producing product videos and assisting customers and dealers. The nomination highlights her focus on strengthening relationships among industry stakeholders and expanding opportunities for women.
Morman joined Campers Inn RV in 2022 after working in local television. She progressed from communications and content specialist to brand manager while developing internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Morman built the company’s first internal communications platform and launched a company-wide newsletter connecting employees and leadership across dozens of locations. She also partnered with Human Resources on an employee recognition program and developed marketing and communications support for service initiatives.
RV Women’s Alliance board member Samantha Bose of Ace Adventure Co. said the finalists reflect the value of leadership and collaboration within the industry.
“There’s something so powerful about being surrounded by people who lead with passion, lift others up, and believe in building a stronger, more inclusive RV industry together,” Bose said in a News and Insights report of RVIA.
The award winner will be announced at the RV Women’s Alliance Awards Dinner on Oct. 15 during the organization’s Education Symposium.
