RV Women’s Alliance to Host Free “Open House” Breakfast at RV/MH Hall of Fame

The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) will host a free “Open House” breakfast on Tuesday, September 23, at 7 a.m. inside the RV/MH Hall of Fame Auditorium in Elkhart, Indiana.

The morning event is designed to bring together members of the RV community for networking, professional development, and collaborative activities.

Attendees will be welcomed with a hot breakfast and the opportunity to connect with peers and colleagues in a casual setting.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on September 5, the gathering will feature interactive activities led by Dr. Rachel Lindvall, who is scheduled to guide participants through exercises intended to energize and inspire the start of the day.

The breakfast is structured to foster meaningful conversations and strengthen professional connections across the RV industry. “The event is free to attend and designed to help attendees make meaningful connections while jumpstarting the day with energy and inspiration,” RVWA noted in its announcement.

Advance registration is required, as space for the session is limited. The event is being filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The “Open House” is part of RVWA’s broader effort to create opportunities for women in the RV industry to build networks, strengthen leadership skills, and find career support.

With more than 3,000 members representing over 570 companies, RVWA continues to expand its reach across the sector.

Founded to support women working in all segments of the RV industry, the organization emphasizes professional growth, mentorship, and visibility.

Its programs are aimed at increasing representation, creating opportunities for advancement, and building a supportive professional community.

RVWA leaders have highlighted the importance of Vision 2025, a strategic plan that outlines the group’s goals for the coming years. The plan focuses on improving the organization’s image and reputation, offering valuable programs, and ensuring strong member engagement.

“RVWA will be a trusted resource for the RV industry, known as a professional group of volunteers and members who move the needle forward on their goals,” the group stated in its vision outline.

In addition to serving as a network, RVWA provides avenues for members to give back. More than a dozen task forces focus on initiatives such as community service and education, allowing members to align their talents with industry needs.

The organization has set measurable goals, including representation from 80% of the top 20 businesses in each industry segment and quantifiable increases in member participation and satisfaction.
