The former Pine Lakes Fishing and Camping Resort in Pendleton (Indiana) is now Mystic Waters Family Campground, and the new owners are continuously working to renovate and improve the campground.

As per a report, Lisa Holverson, her husband Brent, and business partner Pete Watson have created a place for family fun and relaxation.
“We will constantly be renovating the property and will be adding updates and features throughout the upcoming season and years to come. We look forward to sharing our vision with you and bringing a perfect balance between tranquility and simple convenience,” the website post reads.
According to its website, Mystic Waters Family Campground offers rustic cabins, RV sites, and tent camping surrounded by three mystic bodies of water in Pendleton, Indiana.
After the acquisition in December, the owners and staff worked long hours to prepare the overgrown area for the opening in May. They cleared the campground, which was completely covered with weeds.

Some of the cabins were cleared to create additional space. The bait shop is now the camp lodge with a camp store, TV, video games, ping-pong table, and foosball game.
“We wanted to make this a place for families,” Holverson said. “We have so much land, there’s lots we can do.”

They also plan to add professional beach volleyball sand courts, a pickleball area, and a basketball court.
The campground has 33 cabins that are divided into three categories. The VIP cabins are rustic and have queen beds and a TV.

The beachfront cabins have full-size beds and are located in front of the sand beach, and the rustic cabins are more basic and are situated along the catch and release lake.

All cabins have lofts that can accommodate additional guests, air conditioning, fire rings, picnic tables, and a porch swing.
Mystic Waters Campground is located just miles north of Indianapolis off of I-69 and SR-38 in Madison County.
