Kampgrounds of America (KOA) congratulated Dallas-based real estate investment firm Investorade on its acquisition of the Bluffton/Fort Wayne South KOA Journey in Bluffton, Indiana.
The property becomes the third KOA campground in Investorade’s portfolio, signaling the firm’s ongoing commitment to the outdoor hospitality sector. Investorade’s founders, Blaz Korosec and Blake DeWitt, bring extensive experience in property management and customer service to their new endeavor, along with a passion for creating memorable camping experiences.
The campground, located just 25 minutes from Fort Wayne, has long been a popular destination for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat amidst natural surroundings. Its wooded setting offers a balance of tranquility and accessibility, appealing to a wide range of campers.
According to a press release, Korosec expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, emphasizing the importance of guest satisfaction. “I’m excited to take on the ownership of this wonderful campground,” Korosec said. “Our goal is to maintain the relaxing atmosphere that our guests love while introducing new amenities and activities to enhance their stay.”
