Airxcel, Inc. appointed Michelle Coleman as business development manager, effective November 2025.
Based in Elkhart, Indiana, Coleman will oversee development initiatives across the company’s family of brands, focusing on strengthening strategic partnerships within the supply chain.
Coleman brings over a decade of experience in sales management and project leadership within the RV and interior design sectors.
Her background includes previous roles at Airxcel and Cleer Vision, where she managed account executive responsibilities and drove sales growth.
According to the company’s December 16, 2025, announcement, her new position involves collaborating across Airxcel’s 17 brands to identify opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
In her role, Coleman is tasked with delivering solutions that deepen partnerships and support the company’s expansion in the market. The position requires coordination across the company’s various facilities in the United States and Europe to align product offerings with customer needs.
Paul Craven, chief revenue officer at Airxcel, noted Coleman’s broad experience in the sector.
“Michelle’s background spans RV manufacturing, strategic customer and partner relationships, and product development across multiple categories, giving her a rare, 360-degree view of our customers’ needs,” Craven said in the December 16, 2025, press release.
“With her diverse experience, she is well equipped to represent Airxcel’s full portfolio and will be an asset in strengthening partnerships and supporting long-term success.”
Coleman stated her focus will be on acting as a partner to the company’s client base.
“My goal is to represent Airxcel as a true partner to our customers, building trust and ensuring their needs are always heard,” Coleman said in the press release. “I look forward to working as a team player and helping Airxcel expand its reach in the RV industry.”
