Blake Michelle Morgan, a customer experience expert and author, will lead a hospitality-focused workshop at the 2026 RV Industry Association Leadership Conference, March 10-12 in Austin, Texas.
The session aims to equip RV industry leaders with strategies to improve customer loyalty, satisfaction, and operational efficiency across campgrounds, dealerships, and manufacturers.
“The conference sessions and panels are designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV industry,” the event’s details indicate.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on November 25, the RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced that Morgan, known as “The Queen of CX” by Meta, will present a hands-on workshop on hospitality-driven leadership.
Morgan is the author of The 8 Laws of Customer-Focused Leadership: New Rules for Building Business Around Today’s Customer and a futurist with decades of experience advising organizations on service and loyalty strategies.
Her workshop will focus on creating a culture where hospitality is a strategic advantage, helping organizations differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace.
The session will also address rising customer expectations for ease, empathy, and authenticity in interactions across the RV ecosystem.
Attendees will gain practical tools to foster more welcoming, responsive, and people-centered engagements with customers at every level of their organization.
Morgan’s presentation is part of a broader conference agenda that blends keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for executives and next-generation leaders.
The Leadership Conference has become a focal point for the industry to discuss strategic growth, customer engagement, and workforce development.
Participants will also have the chance to connect with peers, explore emerging trends, and learn actionable leadership techniques for immediate application.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Blake to Austin next March and look forward to the energy and expertise she’ll bring to this year’s program,” the announcement indicates.
