Go RVing’s “Ultimate RV Tailgate” campaign is set to conclude this Saturday, December 6, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, marking the final stop on a nationwide experiential tour aimed at showcasing the RV lifestyle to college football fans.
The upcoming activation emphasizes how RVs can serve as a mobile hub for tailgating, offering comfort and convenience just steps from the stadium.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on December 4, Go RVing will host its final pop-up as part of the Big Ten Fan Fest presented by Dr. Pepper. Fans and tailgaters will have the opportunity to explore a custom-wrapped RV, participate in interactive games, and enter sweepstakes giveaways.
The campaign’s messaging positions RVs as “the ultimate mobile headquarters for any event,” providing amenities such as full kitchens, private bathrooms, and sheltered seating.
In addition to the stadium activation, Go RVing has partnered with RV manufacturers to feature a display of units in RV Nation, the official RV parking area outside Lucas Oil Stadium.
The display will include five models, showcasing a range of options for fans seeking a premium tailgating experience. Units on display are: Alliance RV Paradigm 5th Wheel, Coachmen Apex BARV, Forest River Un-Mapped, Grand Design Serenova, and Jayco Entegra Coach Accolade XT.
These models range from luxury fifth wheels to versatile motorhomes, highlighting the adaptability of RVs for sports events, family outings, or weekend trips.
Since its launch in early September, the campaign has combined experiential activations with a consumer contest. One fan will win an RV rental, tickets to a sporting event, and funds for a full tailgate setup.
The sweepstakes is intended to provide a hands-on demonstration of the RV lifestyle, reinforcing the convenience, privacy, and flexibility of traveling with an RV.
