Glamping Show Americas 2025 to Spotlight Innovation, Expansion, and Market Insights

The Glamping Show Americas is set to return to the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds in Aurora, Colorado, from Sept. 30 to Oct. 1, bringing together entrepreneurs, operators, and suppliers for one of the outdoor hospitality industry’s most influential gatherings.

The event is recognized as a hub for glamping professionals who are looking to gain insights, discover new products, and connect with peers shaping the luxury camping sector.

With a full schedule of workshops, conference sessions, and an expansive expo, attendees can expect two days designed to elevate their businesses.

The show opens with a strong focus on industry trends. The first morning kicks off with Beyond the Data: Unlocking 2025’s Glamping Industry Insights in the USA and What It Means for You, led by Scott Bahr of Cairns Advisory, Sarah Dusek of Under Canvas and Few and Far, Whitney Scott of Walden Insights, and Todd Wynne-Parry of Aramark.

Moderated by Steph Curtis-Raleigh, the session promises to unpack market dynamics, guest preferences, and revenue drivers that are influencing the sector.

For those interested in real-world stories of entrepreneurship, several “Founder Story” sessions will spotlight operators who built successful brands from the ground up.

Tori and Seth Bolt of Bolt Farm Treehouse will share their journey from a hand-built honeymoon treehouse to a nationally recognized luxury glamping destination featured on Netflix.

Another highlight is the session led by Isaac French, founder of Live Oak Lake, who will discuss the art of experiential hospitality. French’s story—from starting a micro-resort at age 24 to navigating challenges and eventually scaling to success—offers practical lessons in branding, guest experience, and business growth.

Creative financing strategies also take the stage, with Brian and Joanna Linton of Camp Ferncrest explaining how they used seller financing agreements to establish their glamping franchise.

Their session will delve into financial planning, scaling a brand, and building community through transparency.

Day two shifts focus to the guest experience, with a panel breaking down the Top 10 Guest Magnets—amenities such as hot tubs, hammocks, and pet-friendly accommodations—that consistently drive bookings and increase revenue.

The discussion will feature insights from Anne Howard of HoneyTrek, Kathleen Walsh of Outdoor Hospitality Group, and Dan Invergo of Northgate Holdings.

Innovation will also be on display through the story of Hillary Flur and Ari Smith, founders of Balance Farm, who are blending sustainability and technology in outdoor hospitality. Their approach incorporates off-grid infrastructure, AI-powered guest experiences, and a new influencer-host matchmaking platform, signaling what may be ahead for the industry.

Marketing strategy will be a recurring theme, with experts Ben Wolff, Angelyn Bernardino, and Halley Fleming offering a masterclass on attracting guests, boosting direct bookings, and making the most of limited resources.

Moderated by Sarah Riley, the discussion will cover both successes and missteps to provide a realistic roadmap for operators.

Wellness will round out the conference programming, with a session dedicated to exploring how retreats, events, and wellness-focused amenities can serve as year-round revenue boosters.

Tori and Seth Bolt, along with Leslie Martin of Lagom Retreat, will share their approaches to creating wellness-driven experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and financial sustainability.

Beyond the conference, the indoor and outdoor expo will showcase glamping structures, furnishings, and services designed to inspire operators and provide solutions to common challenges.

From safari tents and domes to booking platforms and design services, the expo is expected to be a centerpiece for sourcing new ideas.

Networking is another key element of the event, giving attendees opportunities to exchange ideas and forge partnerships with peers from around the world.

As glamping continues its growth across North America, the Glamping Show Americas 2025 positions itself as a guidepost for the future of outdoor hospitality.

With its mix of education, innovation, and networking, the event aims to prepare attendees for the challenges and opportunities ahead in a fast-evolving industry.
