Genesis Products has appointed Joel Eberlein as vice president, RV Product, marking a leadership addition aimed at strengthening the company’s position in the recreational vehicle market.
The announcement comes as the company continues to expand its range of RV interior components and services.
The appointment has already taken effect, with Eberlein assuming responsibility for the growth and strategic development of composite components, decorative surfaces, and countertop product lines.
Genesis said his leadership will support efforts to meet evolving customer demands and address shifting market trends.
Eberlein brings more than two decades of experience in manufacturing, product development, and strategic leadership.
He has held executive roles at Heartland RV and Winnebago, where he oversaw product line expansions, streamlined operations, and built industry partnerships.

Genesis President and CEO Jon Wenger said Eberlein’s approach aligns with the company’s commitment to innovation and customer service.

In his new position, Eberlein will work closely with product development, operations, and sales teams to align Genesis’s offerings with market requirements.
Genesis Products, founded in 2002, supplies laminated panels and wood components to multiple industries, including RV, cabinet and storage, store fixture, office and education, furniture, and transportation.
Its products range from interior and cabinet doors to PET molded parts, wrapped moldings, bed parts, and acoustic liners.
