Thursday’s Florida RV SuperShow Seminars Center on Power Systems, Maintenance, and AI Trip Planning

The 2026 Florida RV SuperShow, underway January 13–18 at the Florida State Fairgrounds, is placing a notable emphasis on technical education and trip-planning technology alongside new RV model debuts, offering campground owners, RV park operators, and glamping developers insight into evolving guest expectations and equipment capabilities.

This Thursday (January 15), the event’s seminar schedule reflects growing interest in off-grid power systems, RV maintenance literacy, and digital planning tools.

A morning session on generators, inverters, lithium batteries, and solar upgrades focuses on what RVers need to camp off-grid, including lithium battery and solar panel considerations for boondocking.

Guided RV travel will also be highlighted in an 11 a.m. presentation by Alaska Wildlife & Canada RV Tours, which will outline the appeal of escorted tours in Alaska and Canada. The session emphasizes guaranteed campground reservations, professional guides, and structured itineraries.

At noon, Lippert will present a detailed overview of its LevelUP and Titan hydraulic leveling systems for fifth-wheel RVs. The session will cover system operation, troubleshooting through visual inspection and error codes, and maintenance best practices.

Cummins will follow with a 1 p.m. session addressing frequently asked questions about diesel-powered motorhomes. Topics will include engine maintenance, operating techniques, dash lamps, and fuel economy, with a question-and-answer component.

Roof care and maintenance is the focus of a 2 p.m. seminar designed to help RV owners identify roof types, establish maintenance schedules, and manage leaks and emergency repairs.

Electrical system literacy will continue at 3 p.m. with WFCO’s presentation on understanding 12-volt and 120-volt systems. The session will note that approximately 90% of RVs built today use WFCO converters, which manage 12-volt accessories and battery charging for both lead-acid and lithium batteries.

The day will conclude with a technology-forward session at 4 p.m. led by Scott Lengel, CEO of AdventureGenie, focusing on AI-assisted RV trip planning. Lengel will demonstrate live itinerary building, including campground selection, activities, dining, and fuel stops, and preview upcoming AI features.

Beyond seminars, the Florida RV SuperShow continues to position itself as a launchpad for new RV models and features entering the market.

“The Florida RV SuperShow is the ultimate destination to see all the latest RV models being released for the new year. From cutting-edge designs to innovative features, this is your chance to explore the future of RV travel,” the event’s details indicate.
