The convention will feature expert-led sessions and certification courses tailored to the needs of park owners and operators. Attendees can expect practical guidance on improving operations, managing costs, and developing their teams.

The 2026 edition will return to Rosen Shingle Creek, providing a centralized venue for four days of industry-focused programming and networking opportunities.

The event will host a robust Supplier Expo, with more than 90 vendors showcasing products and services for campgrounds, RV parks, and glamping resorts. Exhibits will include park models, cabins, glamping units, and other solutions designed to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

“This milestone year will be bigger and better than ever, bringing fresh ideas, new opportunities, and meaningful connections to help you grow your business,” the event announces.

Educational seminars will cover topics ranging from staff training and certification to financial management, marketing, and sustainability practices tailored to the outdoor hospitality sector.

The convention is designed for a broad spectrum of professionals, including park owners, managers, frontline staff, and supplier representatives seeking to stay current on industry trends.

Attendees will also benefit from hands-on sessions that allow direct engagement with the latest products and services, providing a practical perspective on emerging solutions for parks and campgrounds.

Networking is a central component of the event, offering opportunities for professionals to connect with peers, suppliers, and potential business partners over multiple days of structured and informal gatherings.
