The 33rd Annual Mid-Atlantic Campground Conference & Trade Show™ (MAC Conference) is set to take place from February 19-21, 2024, and in preparation, organizers have unveiled a new dedicated webpage.
According to a release, the conference, a staple in the outdoor hospitality industry, has traditionally relied on a Facebook group page for its online presence.
This year marks a significant digital shift with the website launch, aimed at providing attendees with a comprehensive platform for all event-related information.
Joann DelVescio, the event coordinator, highlighted the importance of this digital transition. “Now we have a webpage that gives us more ways to keep park operators and vendors informed and help them register to attend,” she said.
The new website offers an array of features, including an updated schedule, lodging reservation links, and event registration forms.
Additionally, to enhance communication, a new email address, [email protected], has been set up specifically for the conference.
The MAC Conference will be hosted at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area. This venue, located near Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks, is expected to attract campground operators and managers from the Mid-Atlantic states and beyond.
