Lazydays has announced the appointment of Amber Dillard as its new Vice President of Operations.

Her initial role in the accounting department laid the foundation for her diverse career path within Lazydays. Dillard’s transition to the supply chain team was a pivotal moment, marking her direct involvement in the operational aspects of the business.

Her expertise in vehicle purchasing and inventory management has been instrumental in strengthening Lazydays’ operational framework. Her efforts in fostering relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and supporting general managers across dealership operations have been noteworthy.
In her new role as vice president of operations, Dillard is set to continue her collaborative work with general managers. Her focus will be on driving operational performance and expanding Lazydays’ network of stores, a critical aspect for the company’s growth strategy.
Prior to joining Lazydays, Dillard’s career encompassed roles in public and non-profit accounting, with a particular focus on internal audit. This experience has contributed to her comprehensive understanding of operational efficiency and financial management within the RV industry.
Dillard’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University, supplemented by further education at the University of South Florida. Her academic achievements have played a significant role in her professional development.
In 2017, Dillard’s contributions to the industry were recognized when she was named to the inaugural class of the RVIA 40 under 40 award winners. This accolade underscores her impact and potential within the RV sector.
