The 2025 Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo wrapped up at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, drawing campground owners, RV dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, investors, and industry leaders from across the region.
Hosted by the Florida RV Park and Campground Association (FRVCA), the annual event provided attendees with educational sessions, exhibitor showcases, and networking opportunities aimed at strengthening the outdoor hospitality sector.
Organizers described this year’s gathering as “very well attended,” highlighting the continued growth and resilience of Florida’s RV park and campground market.
Campground owners and operators were among the groups present, seeking best practices to improve daily management, guest services, and operational efficiency in an increasingly competitive environment.
Manufacturers also used the expo to explore technological advancements and regulatory updates that influence new product development and market positioning.
Building on this year’s success, the FRVCA announced that the convention and expo will return to Rosen Shingle Creek from April 28 to May 1, 2026.
The 2026 event will mark the association’s 60th anniversary, and organizers promised a larger program designed to deliver even greater value to industry professionals.
Registration details and hotel information for the 2026 convention are expected to be released soon.
“Next year will be extra special.. and we’re already planning a bigger, better convention that no one in the industry will want to miss,” FRVCA announced.
Since 1966, FRVCA has served as the leading trade voice for more than 400 campgrounds and RV parks across Florida, dedicated to promoting, educating, and advocating for the outdoor hospitality sector.
With nearly six decades of leadership, the FRVCA provides resources, training, and support to help its members succeed, while fostering industry growth, innovation, and collaboration throughout the state.
“From increased visibility and enhanced business operations to the invaluable connections made through our network, our members share their personal success stories and the significant benefits they’ve enjoyed as part of the Florida RV Park & Campground Association,” the association indicates on its website.
