Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo Set for April 28–May 1 in Orlando

The 2026 Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo is scheduled for April 28 through May 1 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida, marking the 60th anniversary of the Florida & Alabama RV Park & Campground Association.

The event is expected to draw RV park and campground owners, operators, managers, staff, investors, and industry suppliers.

The four-day event will feature education sessions, hands-on training, networking opportunities, and a Supplier Expo with more than 90 companies presenting products and services for parks and resorts.

Attendees will gain access to strategies designed to improve park operations, reduce costs, and identify new solutions.

The convention aims to bring together outdoor hospitality professionals from Florida and Alabama, providing a platform for sharing industry trends and operational insights.

Keynote presentations and breakout sessions will address practical challenges faced by park operators, while networking events will allow for connections with vendors and peers.

Rosen Shingle Creek will host the convention and has established a room block for attendees at $215 per night with no resort fee, 50% off parking, and cancellation allowed up to five days in advance. Organizers encourage early hotel reservations due to expected high demand.

The event will also include a 60th Anniversary Celebration Social to commemorate the milestone year for the association.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies seeking to increase visibility with decision-makers in the outdoor hospitality sector. Packages include branding and exhibition options tailored to suppliers and service providers.

Registration for the convention is open, and organizers said attendees should secure their spots promptly to participate in sessions and access the Supplier Expo.

Event schedules, including education sessions, keynote addresses, and networking events, are available online for planning purposes.

The Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo has positioned itself as a key event for the regional RV park and campground industry, offering a combination of educational programming, supplier interaction, and peer networking designed to influence operational decisions throughout the year.

“Increase visibility and connect with decision-makers—explore sponsorship options, branding packages, and supplier opportunities for the 2026 event,” the announcement indicates.
