Escapees RV Club will host its “Sunshine State of Mind” resort-style rally from Nov. 3–7 at Canopy Oaks RV Resort in Lake Wales, Florida. The five-day event is designed to bring together RV enthusiasts for a mix of education, leisure, and community in a luxury RV setting.
According to a Facebook post, organizers describe the getaway as a relaxed, all-inclusive experience aimed at helping members connect and celebrate the RV lifestyle. “This rally is all about relaxing in a “Sunshine State of Mind,” making lasting memories, and celebrating the Escapees community, resort style,” the club indicates.
Daily seminars will offer learning opportunities led by RV industry experts, covering maintenance tips, travel planning, and new product demonstrations.
The event also includes an exhibitor area where vendors will present RV gear, accessories, and the latest technology.
Attendees will have access to a range of activities including social gatherings, themed events, live music, games, and optional excursions. Creative workshops and pet-friendly programming, such as a pet parade, are also planned.
Meals are included in the rally package, with breakfast and dinner served daily. Dinners will be offered in rounds based on site numbers to encourage social interaction among attendees.
The event will be held at Canopy Oaks Luxury RV Resort, a property known for its amenities and spacious layout. The resort features a hot tub, swimming pool, bocce and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard.
Guests will also have access to catch-and-release fishing and pet exercise areas.
RV sites for participants include full hookups, picnic tables, and private fire pits. Evening gatherings by the fire are encouraged as a way to unwind and connect with fellow Escapees members.
Family-friendly programming is part of the agenda, with bounce houses, arts and crafts, bingo, and foam machine games planned for children. Adults can take part in craft sessions, clubhouse games, or simply enjoy time by the pool or at the resort’s Tiki Bar.
