Campground Conference to Feature Expert Presenters on Key Industry Topics in March 2026

The Campground Conference is scheduled to take place March 2–4, 2026, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, bringing together campground owners, operators, and industry suppliers for an annual gathering focused on education, training, and peer engagement ahead of the 2026 camping season.

Hosted by the New Jersey Campground Owners Association, the event is open not only to association members but to anyone affiliated with, or considering investment in, the outdoor hospitality industry.

According to conference organizers, the 2026 program is designed to address operational, regulatory, financial, and marketing issues that campground businesses are currently navigating. Joann DelVescio, organizer of The Campground Conference, emphasized the practical focus of the educational sessions.

“The speakers we have on tap are diving into some intense topics for our attendees, including operational finance and cash flow, NEC code requirements, legal issues, and how to understand and use artificial intelligence in marketing.”

The speaker lineup reflects a range of professional disciplines relevant to campground operations.

Scheduled sessions include discussions on workforce trends, financial performance and valuation, legal considerations for campground ownership and management, brand storytelling, electrical infrastructure risks, and the increasing role of artificial intelligence across marketing, guest engagement, and internal operations.

Presenters represent accounting firms, legal practices, marketing agencies, technology platforms, and financial service providers that work directly with campgrounds and outdoor hospitality businesses.

Educational programming will conclude with a campground owners roundtable, a recurring feature of the conference that allows attendees to exchange perspectives on industry challenges and compare approaches discussed during the seminars.

This peer-to-peer format has historically served as a forum for operators to share real-world experiences that may not be addressed in formal presentations.

In addition to educational sessions, the conference includes several scheduled events. A pre-conference outing to TopGolf Orlando will take place on March 1, with food and play sponsored by Lake Kandle Campground and pre-registration required.

A trade show is scheduled for Monday, March 2, featuring vendors offering products and services for campground operations, reservations, utilities, financing, staffing, and guest engagement. Exhibitors confirmed to date include American Changer, CampLife, ResNexus, RoverPass, Utility Supply Group, and others.

Attendees will also have access to discounted Walt Disney World Resort attraction tickets, with options for partial-day and multi-day visits. The host hotel is the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area, with room block information available through the conference website.

For campground owners and operators, the event offers an opportunity to assess emerging tools, regulatory considerations, and financial strategies before the upcoming season.

With sessions covering topics such as cash flow management, compliance, and artificial intelligence adoption, the conference may be particularly relevant for professionals evaluating operational efficiency and long-term planning in a competitive market. In 2025, the conference drew attendees from 13 states, reflecting a national audience.

Additional information, registration details, and updates are available at campgroundconference.com and through the event’s Facebook group.
