J. Scott Penny, chief acquisitions officer at Brown & Brown, Inc., and Gerry White, owner of Profits Creation Corp., recently announced that Brown & Brown Dealer Services had purchased all of the assets of Profits Creation.
According to a press release, Profits Creation provides F&I products and sales assistance to automotive dealers throughout the southeast. After the acquisition, Gerry and the Profits Creation team will be part of BBDS and will be under the leadership of Mike Neal.
