2026 Campground Conference to Bring Education, Networking, and Trade Show Opportunities

The Campground Conference & Trade Show will take place March 2–4, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, with organizers highlighting a mix of professional education, trade show access, and recreational activities.

The pre-conference outing at TopGolf Orlando on March 1 offers attendees a chance to network in a relaxed setting, with snacks and activities covered by sponsor Lake Kandle Campground.

The conference, hosted annually by the New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA), is open to campground owners, operators, and prospective investors from across the outdoor hospitality industry.

According to a press release, Joann Delvescio, the conference coordinator, said early registration and arrival are encouraged.

“We want everyone to come at least one day early because the pre-conference outing is happening at TopGolf Orlando on Sunday, March 1st. The only cost for enjoying this exciting facility will be your drinks. Snacks and high-tech golfing will be covered by sponsor and activity host Lake Kandle Campground,” she said.

TopGolf Orlando is a sports entertainment complex offering high-tech golf games, all-weather hitting bays, food and beverages, and music. Attendees may bring their own clubs or use the facilities at no additional charge.

The Campground Conference has partnered with VisitOrlando and other local providers to provide attendees with discounted tickets to area attractions.

“Operating campgrounds is stressful and everyone deserves a respite,” Delvescio said. “We put equal emphasis on activities that are fun and bring people together in fellowship as we do for the more serious and professional aspects of the conference, such as the seminars and trade show. The conference does take place in a premier vacation destination, after all.”

Hotel accommodations are available at Wyndham Garden and Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort, with a dedicated room block for attendees.

The 2025 conference drew participants from 13 states, including New Jersey, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wyoming.

The trade show, scheduled for Monday, March 2, will bring together leading industry suppliers offering products and services designed to help campground operators manage and grow their businesses.

Space for exhibitors and sponsorship opportunities can be reserved via the conference website.

Education sessions will cover trends and best practices relevant to campground management, with presentations delivered by recognized industry professionals.

Social and networking activities remain a core component of the event. Highlights include a trivia night with exhibitors, presented by Bobby Sorden of Suppliers Spot, and a dinner featuring an entertainment-focused auction.
