The Emerging Leaders Coalition has announced its incoming Class of 2026, welcoming a new group of professionals poised to shape the future of the RV industry.
The initiative, developed to cultivate leadership and professional growth among rising talent, continues to expand its impact through mentorship, education, and industry collaboration.
Established under the RV Industry Association (RVIA), the coalition focuses on providing access to industry leaders, participation in task forces, and opportunities to attend networking events and educational sessions.
Its programs are designed to equip emerging professionals with the tools and connections necessary to take on future leadership roles across the RV sector.
Each year, RVIA hosts its premier Leadership Conference, bringing together executives and next-generation leaders from all segments of the industry.
The conference serves as a key platform for attendees to exchange insights, discuss pressing issues, and strengthen professional relationships that support continued innovation in the RV market.
The newly announced Class of 2026 reflects a broad cross-section of the industry, representing manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers. Members are recognized for their contributions, initiative, and potential to lead positive change within their organizations and the broader RV community.
