The early registration deadline for the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo is approaching, with discounted rates available until Sept. 9. The annual event, which began its registration period earlier this year, will take place Nov. 10–14 at Paris Las Vegas.
The convention is a major gathering for RV dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers. It offers a combination of workshops, training, and an expo floor featuring the latest RV products and services.
Dealer attendees who register by the Sept. 9 deadline can save $500 per registrant. In addition, early registrants can lock in discounted pricing for additional staff who register at a later date. Fees increase after the deadline.
Organizers said the event is structured to provide education across all dealership departments. Sessions will cover sales, fixed operations, finance and insurance, marketing, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence in dealership operations.
This year’s keynote address will be delivered by business strategist Ryan Estis. Leadership training will be led by Dustin Kaehr, who has worked extensively with businesses on team development and management strategies.
According to its website, the program also includes the RV Rental Track, developed in partnership with MBA Insurance. Beginning on Monday, Nov. 10, the curriculum will focus on ways dealers can maximize rental return on investment. The track is open to all attendees.
Educational programming will be supplemented by Vendor Training +Plus workshops. These sessions are designed to give dealers practical knowledge from industry experts and leading vendors on products, services, and technologies that can improve operations.
The Expo Hall will also provide attendees with the opportunity to see new RV models, technologies, and dealership solutions. Exhibitors include manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers showcasing innovations aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience.
Networking remains a central component of the convention. Dealers and industry professionals will have multiple opportunities to connect with peers, suppliers, and potential business partners throughout the week.
The RV Dealers Association (RVDA), RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center sponsor the event.
