Dicor Products and Vixen Composites presented their latest advancements in RV roofing, wall, and flooring systems at the 2025 Airxcel New Product Showcase held in Elkhart, highlighting their ongoing commitment to innovation and durability in RV construction.
Marc Brunner, president of Dicor Products and Vixen Composites, said the companies remain focused on developing new technologies that advance the RV industry.
“Dicor and Vixen are dedicated to continual innovation, working to develop new solutions that move the RV industry forward. Our commitment to progress ensures that both manufacturers and RV owners alike can rely on us for quality, reliability, and forward-thinking designs,” Brunner said.
Dicor Products showcased several new roofing systems designed to enhance performance and longevity for RV manufacturers.
Among these is the Crossflex Roofing System, featuring polyester cross-webbing for improved puncture resistance. The product includes UV stabilization and a 12-year limited warranty, ensuring long-term protection.
The DiFlex II Roofing System was also on display, offering a non-fleece backed TPO membrane that delivers flexibility and UV resistance. Capable of withstanding temperatures as low as minus 60 degrees Fahrenheit, DiFlex II is ENERGY STAR and COOL ROOF rated, with a 20-year limited warranty.
Dicor further presented its Tufflex Roofing System, a flexible and recyclable PVC membrane known for puncture resistance and durability in extreme cold. The system is ENERGY STAR and COOL ROOF rated and backed by a lifetime limited warranty. Its polymer composition ensures lasting performance without added fillers.
For RV wall and floor solutions, Vixen Composites introduced advanced fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and composite materials engineered for strength and ease of installation. The company’s FibroPlus, FibroGloss, FibroSupreme, FibroSharp, and FibroShine panels are designed for RV, marine, and bus applications.
Vixen also highlighted Vixenite flooring, a PET foam core composite panel system designed to reduce vehicle weight while enhancing acoustic insulation. Manufactured using recycled PET, Vixenite flooring is both moisture and rot resistant, supporting sustainability goals within the RV industry.
In addition, the company’s new Slide-Out Floor Panel offers an alternative to traditional plywood, featuring a one-piece design that resists water and insect damage. Its integrated tapered extrusion creates a flush, durable slide-out surface that simplifies installation.
