The 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo is set to begin in Las Vegas on Nov. 10, bringing together dealership professionals and industry leaders for five days of education, networking, and business development.
The event will run through Nov. 14 at Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas, two connected hotels serving as the central hub for attendees.
According to a press release, dealers and industry partners planning to attend the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo are urged to book their hotel rooms at Paris or Horseshoe Las Vegas before Oct. 17 to secure the special convention rate.
The convention is organized by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. It is designed to help North American dealership personnel strengthen their businesses, enhance their skills, and connect with partners across the industry.
RVDA has emphasized the importance of booking official hotel rooms through authorized channels to avoid potential scams.
The association cautioned members and industry partners to be alert for phishing attempts or fraudulent booking offers from individuals impersonating RVDA staff or claiming to be third-party vendors.
“When in doubt, you will always find trustworthy information at www.rvda.org/convention, from hotel details and links to the schedule at a glance,” RVDA advised in its announcement.
The convention program will feature a mix of educational sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Attendees are expected to explore strategies to optimize dealership operations, including fixed operations, sales, and customer service.
The event will also highlight new resources and best practices aimed at improving overall business performance.
Beyond education, the expo floor will provide opportunities for attendees to connect with leading suppliers and service providers.
Exhibitors are scheduled to showcase products, technologies, and services that support dealership success, creating a space where new business partnerships can be formed.
Networking is expected to remain a central feature of the convention. Dealership representatives, industry experts, and executives will have opportunities to build relationships that extend beyond the show floor.
In addition to live sessions and the Expo, attendees will be able to access updates through the convention website and RVDA’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. These updates will keep participants informed throughout the event.
Sponsorship opportunities are an important component of the convention. Companies interested in partnerships or sponsorships can contact Julie Newhouse at RVDA for more information.
