Data-Driven Panel to Guide Dealers Through 2025 RV Market Shifts

The 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature a data-driven panel session aimed at helping dealers better understand the evolving consumer landscape in the RV market.

The session, titled “2025 RV Buyer Trends: What They Mean for Your Sales Strategy,” is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. in the digital marketing and BDC education track.

During the presentation, attendees will gain insights into retail registration data from the first half of 2025, paired with behavioral data from millions of RV shoppers.

The session will examine where customers begin their purchase journey, how they progress through the sales funnel, and what factors influence their final buying decisions.

Moderated by Erin Ruane, chief customer officer at Trader Interactive, the session will feature a panel of industry experts who will connect data with practical dealership strategies.

Panelists from Trader Interactive include Anna Stoica-Zhang, vice president of product marketplaces; Sasha Pyshkov, vice president of analytics and insights; and Scott Smith, vice president of OEM and strategic initiatives. Shannon Pinto, vice president of statistical surveys, will also join the discussion.

According to the session overview, the workshop combines Statistical Surveys’ exclusive retail registration data with RV Trader’s shopper insights to offer a comprehensive view of today’s RV buyers. The discussion will highlight the latest market shifts and emerging buyer segments shaping dealership operations in 2025.

“2025 RV Buyer Trends: What They Mean for Your Sales Strategy” will help dealers identify new and returning buyer segments, understand how online research and in-store experiences intersect, and apply those learnings to optimize lead conversion and long-term sales performance.

Panelists will also discuss how dealerships can transform behavioral data into actionable strategies that strengthen customer relationships and drive profitability.

Attendees will learn how to use transparency, timely communication, and responsiveness to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

The session will further explore how data-driven planning can guide dealerships in refining their sales and marketing approaches heading into 2026.

Presenters are expected to share best practices that help businesses align their digital engagement with showroom operations.

Dealers attending the session will gain perspective on how to use data to support more effective sales forecasting, product positioning, and customer engagement.

With consumers increasingly beginning their RV search online, the session will focus on bridging the gap between digital interest and in-person sales.

In addition to marketing insights, the session will address collaboration between sales and analytics teams. Panelists will emphasize the importance of integrating marketing and behavioral data into dealership operations to deliver a more personalized customer experience.

The session is one of many educational offerings at the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, which provides professional development opportunities across all dealership departments, including fixed operations. The event brings together dealership personnel, manufacturers, suppliers, and industry leaders from across North America.

Organized by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) of the U.S. and RVDA of Canada, the Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 10–14, at Paris Las Vegas. The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is serving as a co-sponsor of the event.

Dealers attending the Convention/Expo will also have access to the expo floor, where companies will showcase new tools, services, and technologies designed to enhance dealership operations.

Networking sessions will provide opportunities to build partnerships and exchange ideas with peers and suppliers.
