CRR Hospitality Launches Redesigned RV Resort Websites to Enhance Guest Experience

CRR Hospitality has officially launched redesigned websites for its RV resorts, introducing a modernized digital platform aimed at improving guest engagement and booking efficiency. 

The rollout, developed in partnership with marketing agency Insider Perks, marks a step in the company’s strategy to strengthen its online presence and highlight the character of each property.

The new websites give travelers access to updated booking tools and expanded storytelling features. 

CRR Hospitality said the redesign was intended to make it easier for guests to explore resort amenities, secure reservations and connect with the unique appeal of individual destinations.

According to a press release, Mike Harrison, chief operating officer of CRR Hospitality, said the company sought to deliver more than visual improvements. “We’re excited to elevate the digital experience for our guests,” he said. 

“These new websites don’t just look better — they function better, too. And they tell the unique story behind each of our properties, whether you’re a snowbird in the Southwest or a lake lover in Texas,” he said.

Among the updates are streamlined booking processes designed to reduce the number of steps between browsing and confirming a reservation. 

Guests can now more easily secure RV sites, vacation rentals, glamping experiences or long-term stays through the system.

The sites also feature a responsive layout with contemporary design elements, showcasing photography and amenities intended to reflect the resort-style atmosphere of CRR’s properties. 

Storytelling is another key feature of the redesign. For example, the website for Lagoon Ranch RV Resort in Texas promotes sunset concerts, while River Sands RV Resort in Arizona highlights river adventures. 

Erin Forrest, corporate director of sales and marketing at CRR Hospitality, described the project as a collaborative effort with Insider Perks. “This was such a fun project to bring to life,” she said. 

“We loved the challenge of capturing the unique character of each resort. With Insider Perks, we were able to turn creative ideas into a user-friendly experience that reflects who we are as a company,” she added.

Insider Perks, which specializes in digital marketing for the campground sector, led the creative development of the new sites. Brian Searl, the company’s chief executive officer, said the initiative aimed to raise expectations for online hospitality platforms. 

“CRR Hospitality is setting the standard for what RV resort websites should be,” he said. “We’re proud to have partnered on a project that improves both form and function, while bringing a sense of place to every page.”
