Country Glamping on the River Introduces Financing Program to Support Glamping Development

Country Glamping on the River, LLC, has introduced an owner financing program designed to support development within its 776-acre glamping resort along the Tennessee River in Lobelville, Tennessee.

The initiative aims to expand participation in the growing outdoor hospitality sector by offering flexible financing for land acquisition and site development.

The program enables buyers to purchase undeveloped or turnkey parcels within the master-planned glamping resort, with financing options that cover infrastructure, utilities, and lodging structures such as domes, cabins, and RV sites.

Once developed, owners may choose to operate their sites independently or participate in the company’s management network, which handles reservations and guest services.

“This innovative financing program makes it easier than ever for buyers and investors to own property in the largest glamping community in the world, with flexible terms and financing available for lot development, utilities, and both soft- and hard-structure builds,” said Jamie Mayeaux, CEO of Country Glamping on the River, LLC.

The company’s model integrates financing, construction, and management into a single framework, which it says reduces barriers to entry for small-scale developers or entrepreneurs seeking to enter the glamping market.

While structured as a property ownership program, the approach highlights how alternative financing and turnkey management can play a role in expanding access to outdoor accommodations.

Located along the Tennessee River, the project’s master plan includes internal roads, recreation areas, and preservation zones designed to minimize environmental impact.

According to a press release, company representatives said local hiring and partnerships with regional suppliers will support job creation and tourism growth in the area.

The initiative comes as the glamping sector continues to expand across the U.S., driven by traveler demand for nature-based lodging with modern amenities.

Analysts forecast that the U.S. glamping market will exceed $5 billion by 2028, with strong activity expected in the Southeast due to favorable land costs and year-round tourism.

Through its financing and management programs, Country Glamping on the River represents one example of how developers are testing new ownership and participation models within the outdoor hospitality industry.
