Commercial Recreation Specialists (CRS) has expanded its national footprint with the appointment of three new regional recreation specialists, strengthening the company’s ability to support clients across key markets.
The hires aim to enhance local engagement and deepen partnerships with municipalities, camps, resorts, and recreation-focused organizations.
According to a press release, Scott Hanson, Jaimie Clout, and Justin Jones join CRS with diverse professional backgrounds in recreation management and a shared commitment to advancing community-driven projects.
Each specialist will serve a distinct region, bringing localized knowledge to the company’s consulting and implementation efforts.
Based in Panama City Beach, Florida, Hanson will oversee operations in the Southeastern region.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business communications from Maryville University and previously served as a product specialist for Vacavia Cottages and Cabins, where he worked with parks, resorts, and attractions to develop recreation solutions.
Clout has been named regional recreation specialist for the Northeastern region. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she has held leadership roles in aquatics and youth services, most recently serving as aquatics supervisor and assistant director for the Department of Aging. She is also a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional and a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer.
Jones, based in New Jersey, will also focus on recreation development initiatives throughout the state. A University of Florida graduate, he brings experience in programming and professional development, including his role in organizing the Tri-State Camp Conference, one of the largest gatherings of camp and recreation professionals in the country.
“Having team members embedded within the regions they serve provides an unmatched perspective,” said Andy Berens, vice president of product sales at CRS.
“Their familiarity with local landscapes, regulations, and community priorities allows us to offer solutions that are thoughtfully integrated into each space. We believe this proximity strengthens relationships and supports our mission of inspiring the human spirit through recreation,” Berens added.
