Rossmönster Introduces Grover AI Assistant to Enhance Vehicle Support and Owner Experience

Rossmönster, the Colorado-based adventure vehicle builder, has partnered with GetGrover.ai to integrate Grover, an AI-powered assistant, into its vehicle lineup.

The rollout aims to provide Rossmönster owners with on-demand technical support, troubleshooting, and community insights, enhancing both service and adventure readiness. The Rossmönster and Grover integration is set to officially roll out by the end of October.

Rossmönster customers now have access to a custom AI assistant designed specifically for their vehicles. Grover provides guidance for electrical, plumbing, heating, and solar systems, offering tailored solutions for both standard and custom Rossmönster builds.

“The goal with Grover is simple,” Luke Farny, Rossmönster CEO said in a press release.

“We want our customers to feel supported, empowered and confident in their vehicles, whether they’re parked at home or 200 miles into the backcountry. This partnership lets us bring instant, accurate answers to their fingertips, without losing the personal touch our team is known for,” Farny added.

The AI assistant functions as a first line of support, handling common questions and walking owners through step-by-step troubleshooting. When issues require human intervention, Grover connects customers directly with Rossmönster’s service team.

Grover also curates technical guides and resources to assist with maintenance and repairs. By combining AI efficiency with human expertise, the platform reduces wait times while preserving the brand’s high-touch customer support approach.

Beyond technical assistance, Grover acts as a hub for community engagement. Users can access shared stories, travel tips, and trip ideas from the Rossmönster owner network. The feature aims to help owners maximize their experiences on the road.

The AI platform is provided at no cost to Rossmönster owners. New vehicle purchasers receive access aligned with the company’s three-year warranty, while existing owners are granted complimentary use for one year regardless of warranty status.
