Glamping industry professionals are gathering in Aurora, Colorado, for the 2025 Glamping Show Americas, which opened today, September 30, and runs through October 1.
The annual trade event is the only one of its kind in the Americas devoted exclusively to the glamping sector, offering operators, investors, and suppliers a dedicated space to connect, explore products, and examine trends shaping outdoor hospitality.
This year’s expo brings together more than 100 exhibitors, with offerings ranging from structures and furnishings to consulting services, financing, and technology.
According to organizers, 2024’s event drew nearly 1,800 verified trade visitors, a 12 percent increase from the previous year, and early indications suggest continued momentum for 2025.
Exhibitor satisfaction remained high last year, with 95 percent likely to return and 92 percent noting the quality of attendees. Nearly half of all exhibitors choose to participate only at Glamping Show Americas, creating a specialized marketplace for the industry.
Returning exhibitors include Pacific Yurts, Zook Cabins, and Bushtec Safari, while newcomers such as Clever Tiny Homes, Colorado Fire Pits, Campspot, and WorldHotels are making their debut.
Colorado Fire Pits emphasizes craftsmanship, with products created by a third-generation artisan who has more than a decade of experience in the trade. Each fire pit is made by hand in a backyard studio rather than mass-produced, giving every piece a distinct character.
Another newcomer to the exhibitor list is Clever Tiny Homes, a company founded by a family with backgrounds in architecture, construction, technology, and manufacturing. Drawing on experience in designing iconic buildings and commercializing advanced technology products, the team applies its expertise to the creation of affordable, high-quality tiny homes.
Lotus Belle, the original manufacturer of the Lotus Belle tent, is also exhibiting in Aurora. Designed in the United Kingdom, the company’s tents are produced with heavy-duty canvas and a focus on sustainability, following the motto “tents for life, not for landfill.”
The exhibitor list reflects both established brands and emerging businesses, covering categories that support the operational, design, and guest experience needs of glamping destinations.

For operators and campground owners, the event offers a concentrated opportunity to see a wide selection of products not typically available at other trade shows.
Attendees often highlight the value of networking and direct engagement with suppliers.
“Attending Glamping Show Americas 2 years ago prior to launching our glamping business was the best decision we could have made. It offered a unique proposition to interact with other industry players, discover new business trends, and meet operators and suppliers,” said Dara Oliver of Camp Valle View.
Others echoed similar sentiments, with Q Hospitality Management describing the 2024 event as one of the strongest yet and RoverPass noting the show as a highlight of their year.
For professionals in the outdoor hospitality industry, the expo is more than a showcase of tents, domes, and cabins. It also functions as a space to evaluate operational support services, from property management software to consulting, financing, and infrastructure solutions.
For businesses looking to expand or diversify into glamping, the event provides insight into both product options and evolving guest expectations.
With glamping continuing to grow as a segment of outdoor hospitality, the Glamping Show Americas remains a focal point for business owners seeking to align with trends and strengthen their offerings.
