Coleman-Mach, an Airxcel brand recognized for its RV climate control systems, will unveil its latest air conditioning innovations at Airxcel’s 2025 New Product Showcase, taking place October 14–16 in Elkhart, Indiana.
The event will spotlight next-generation products that merge reliability with smart technology for the modern RV market.
Headlining the showcase will be Coleman-Mach’s 18K Variable-Speed IntelliCool Rooftop Air Conditioner.
The new system combines high-performance cooling with energy-efficient operation and adaptive airflow technology, offering a reimagined approach to comfort for RV travelers.
The 18K IntelliCool A/C is engineered to provide total-cabin comfort through its new 360° airflow ceiling assembly.
The design allows air to circulate more evenly throughout the RV interior, minimizing hot and cold spots that often occur with single-dump units.
Among its key features, the IntelliCool A/C introduces variable-speed technology that automatically adjusts compressor and fan speeds in real time to maintain ideal cabin temperatures.
The unit’s built-in soft-start system also helps protect electrical components by reducing startup amperage, safeguarding onboard generators and preventing breaker trips. With 18,000 BTUs of cooling capacity, the IntelliCool is designed to perform reliably in diverse environments while maintaining quiet operation for a more relaxing travel experience.
“BTU output means little if cooled air is not effectively distributed throughout the RV,” said Rob Leach, president of Coleman-Mach. “Our engineering team prioritized not only maximizing cooling capacity but also understanding how RV owners use their living space.
“This inspired us to design a system that delivers enhanced airflow throughout the coach, rather than just dumping cooled air directly beneath the unit. The result is a solution that’s powerful when needed, quiet when it matters, and engineered for the next generation of RVers” Leach added.
Coleman-Mach’s latest air conditioning innovations will be presented to invited guests at the New Product Showcase, with commercial availability planned for the first quarter of 2026. The company expects the new IntelliCool line to appeal to both OEMs and aftermarket customers looking for improved efficiency and modern design.
In addition to the 18K IntelliCool system, Coleman-Mach will introduce a redesigned ceiling assembly that emphasizes both performance and aesthetics. The low-profile design includes hidden controls for a streamlined appearance while maintaining intuitive functionality.
The ceiling assembly’s advanced multi-directional airflow offers improved cooling coverage throughout the RV cabin. Available in both ducted and non-ducted versions, the system supports a range of layouts and customization options for manufacturers and consumers alike.
Complementing the new ceiling assembly, Coleman-Mach will debut a dual-tone aerodynamic shroud. Built for long-term durability, the new shroud design enhances both performance and style, offering options in gloss white or black with a textured base for visual contrast.
Since 1967, Coleman-Mach has been a key manufacturer of air conditioners, heat pumps, and climate control accessories for the RV industry. Based in Wichita, Kansas, the company operates as part of the Airxcel family of brands, which includes 17 companies with 14 facilities across the U.S. and Europe.
