Campspot Brings Together Operators for First User Conference, Unveils AI-Powered Smart Pricing

Campspot has opened its first user conference, Camp Campspot, bringing together more than 100 campground operators, partners, and industry leaders for two days of programming. 

The company used the gathering to announce the upcoming release of AI-Powered Occupancy Prediction & Pricing Recommendations, its latest tool designed to expand revenue management capabilities for campground owners.

The announcement on Sept. 24 marked a significant step for Campspot, a campground management and reservation software provider serving more than 3,300 campgrounds across North America. 

The new product, which integrates predictive data and pricing recommendations, is billed as the “first AI-informed reporting and pricing intelligence” tailored specifically for outdoor hospitality operators.

For years, Campspot has positioned itself as a company in revenue management solutions for campgrounds. Its platform introduced features such as dynamic pricing, grid optimization, and benchmarking to help operators grow their businesses while simplifying rate-setting processes. 

According to a press release, the new feature will enable operators to view predictive occupancy data and recommended pricing within the same interface. The integration is intended to save time, reduce guesswork, and improve confidence in decision-making for campground owners.

The announcement was central to Camp Campspot, which is being held as the company’s first gathering of its kind. The event includes sessions on revenue management, diversifying revenue streams, and preparing for future trends in outdoor hospitality.
