Campground Views recently hosted its first-ever Mastermind event, an exclusive gathering aimed at fostering collaboration among leaders in the outdoor hospitality sector.
The event took place from Wednesday, October 15, through Saturday, October 18, at Troon North Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Attendees stayed at the nearby property of Mychele and Patrick Bisson, where the setting provided a relaxed environment conducive to open discussion and networking.
The invitation-only retreat brought together a range of professionals from across the camping, glamping, and RV industries.
Representatives from KCN Campgrounds, Starlight Campgrounds, Bison Peak Ventures, Open Roads, Campground Brokers of America, Campfire Capital Group, Lake Michigan Credit Union, and Longview RV were among those in attendance.
Over the course of four days, participants engaged in conversations about the evolving direction of outdoor hospitality and shared strategies to strengthen the sector amid changing consumer expectations and technological advancements.
The format of the event encouraged both professional dialogue and personal connection, reflecting a growing emphasis within the industry on collaboration between operators, investors, and service providers.
The gathering also featured a performance by Grammy-nominated American folk artist Nathan McEuen on Friday night, offering an informal setting for attendees to unwind after a day of discussion and planning.

According to Campground Views, planning is already underway for the next Mastermind event, scheduled for 2026.
