Campground Brokers of America has appointed Cathy Reinard as National Director of RV Park Resale & Franchise Specialist, the company announced on August 19.
Reinard, who has more than two decades of experience in the hospitality sector as an owner, operator, and broker, will also continue to serve as the exclusive listing agent for Kampgrounds of America’s “Own a KOA” program.
Reinard joins Campground Brokers of America after her tenure with Danielle Windus Cook Properties. She noted that while the transition was not easy, it was driven by long-term considerations.

“It was not easy to leave Danielle, who has been such a wonderful colleague and friend, but I realized I needed to be at a place that was larger and truly national in scope,” Reinard said.
“I am excited to join Campground Brokers of America, a larger firm with a national platform that is solely dedicated to campgrounds and RV parks. I look forward to leveraging that focus to better serve my clients and the industry.”
Her addition is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its national brokerage team. “We are thrilled to welcome Cathy as our National Director of RV Park Resale & Franchise Specialist,” said Tim Dougan, president of Campground Brokers of America.
“Her leadership, integrity, work ethic, and client-first approach make her an invaluable addition to our team.”
The move comes as Campground Brokers of America, formerly operating as the RV and Campground team under MHP Brokerage, undergoes a rebrand to emphasize its specialization in campgrounds and RV park transactions.

Although the brand name has changed, the group remains part of the MHP Brokerage family, continuing to draw on the firm’s national network and resources.
The company says its focus will remain on full-service brokerage and transaction support, with an emphasis on the RV park and campground sector.
For owners and operators, the appointment signals the growing professionalization of the brokerage side of the outdoor hospitality industry.
Reinard’s dual role with both Campground Brokers of America and the KOA “Own a KOA” program may provide additional opportunities for park owners considering expansion, resale, or transitioning into franchised operations.
Industry stakeholders may also see this move as part of a broader trend in consolidating expertise at the national level, a factor that can influence valuations, transaction timelines, and access to qualified buyers in the RV park and campground market.
