Bill Fenech, co-owner of Brinkley RV, has increased his donation to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center by $10,000, bringing his charitable foundation’s total lifetime contribution to $102,500, according to a November 3, 2025, announcement from the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA).
Fenech, a longtime industry executive, began supporting the RV Learning Center in 2004. His renewed contribution underscores ongoing efforts to expand education and professional development for RV dealerships across the United States.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said Fenech’s support has been “instrumental in helping the RV Learning Center launch its five fixed operations online training courses available to RV dealers and their employees.” Those include courses for service writers and advisors, parts specialists, parts managers, warranty administrators, and service managers.
According to RVDA, the RV Learning Center has enrolled more than 1,450 students in its online fixed operations courses, helping strengthen the industry’s service and parts workforce.
Donations also fund webinars, publications, and educational sessions offered during the annual RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
Ingrassia encouraged additional year-end contributions from the dealer community, noting that such support helps “develop and nurture their top performers” as dealerships invest in staff training and retention.
For RV dealers, the RV Learning Center’s initiatives provide structured education that can directly impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service revenue.
Fixed operations training helps dealerships improve warranty handling, streamline parts management, and enhance after-sales service—all key areas influencing profitability.
The RV Learning Center operates as a 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code, and contributions may be tax-deductible as charitable donations.
