BookOutdoors, a platform for booking processes for outdoor accommodations, announced a strategic partnership with Cloudbeds, a provider of hospitality management software, according to a press release.
“This partnership with Cloudbeds represents a pivotal step forward in our mission to connect people with nature more easily and efficiently,” Brian Nolan, co-founder & CEO of BookOutdoors, said in the press release.
This collaboration is set to integrate BookOutdoors’ platform with Cloudbeds’ API, facilitating a streamlined booking experience for both outdoor enthusiasts and property managers.
By leveraging Cloudbeds’ extensive hospitality management suite, BookOutdoors will now offer real-time availability, dynamic pricing, and instant booking capabilities across a diverse range of outdoor accommodations.
“By integrating Cloudbeds’ powerful software, we’re not only enhancing our platform’s functionality but also vastly expanding our inventory of unique outdoor stays. This means more choices, convenience, and memorable experiences for our users,” Nolan said.
This integration ensures that users can easily search, compare, and book their next outdoor adventure with confidence, benefiting from the most current information and secure transaction processes. The partnership is now operational, with the integrated booking functionality available on the BookOutdoors platform.
The Cloudbeds platform simplifies operations for property owners and managers. The partnership introduces a two-way communication channel between BookOutdoors and accommodation providers, ensuring immediate synchronization of bookings with the properties’ management systems, aiming to minimize overbooking risks and improve guest satisfaction.
“We are excited to partner with BookOutdoors and extend our reach into the great outdoors,” Sebastien Leitner, vice president of partnerships at Cloudbeds, said.
BookOutdoors enables guests to seamlessly find and book a wide array of outdoor accommodations, including RV sites, glamping resorts, cabins, and tent camping, without the need for booking fees or memberships.
“This integration is more than just a technical connection; it’s about creating value for both travelers and property managers by making outdoor stays more accessible and easier to manage. Together, we are setting a new standard for outdoor travel booking,” Leitner added.
Cloudbeds supports a vast number of lodging businesses across over 150 countries. The Cloudbeds Platform integrates a variety of solutions to enhance revenue, optimize operations, and ensure guest satisfaction through a unified system.
