Blue Water said 18 of its properties earned 2026 Traveller Review Awards from Booking.com, recognition given to lodging businesses that maintain average guest review scores of 8.0 or higher based on verified customer feedback.
The recognition spans multiple property types across its national portfolio, including hotels, RV resorts, cottages and marinas.
According to Booking.com’s program criteria, Traveller Review Awards are issued annually and are based entirely on verified guest reviews posted on the platform. Properties must sustain review averages of at least 8.0 to qualify.
Jess Nichols, chief operating officer of Blue Water, credited on-site teams for the results and tied the scores directly to guest satisfaction metrics.
“We are incredibly proud of our property teams for earning this recognition,” Nichols said.

The awarded properties are located across multiple states and include Luray RV Resort, and Tall Pines/ Chesapeake Bay KOA Holiday, Shore Point Cottages, Endless Caverns RV Resort, BluFin Bungalows & Marina and Chincoteague Bay RV Resort & Cottages in Virginia; Commander Hotel & Suites in Maryland; Four Corners RV Resort & Marina in Tennessee; HTR properties in New York, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Colorado and Utah; two Jellystone Park locations in Delaware and Kentucky; Sugarloaf Key RV Resort & Cottages in Florida; and, Sun Outdoors locations in Virginia and Tennessee.
The company said the spread of award recipients across hotels and outdoor lodging destinations reflects performance across different operating models and guest segments.
Booking.com describes its Traveller Review Awards as one of its primary guest-driven recognition programs, drawing from millions of submitted reviews across its global marketplace.
Blue Water, founded in 2002, manages a portfolio of more than 60 destinations nationwide, including RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, marinas and attractions.
