Blue Water, a management company operating in the outdoor hospitality sector, announced that 26 of its owned or managed properties have been recognized with RV LIFE’s 2025 “Best of the Best” Awards. These awards are based entirely on guest reviews and satisfaction scores from RV travelers across the United States.
Rafael Correa, president and CFO of Blue Water, highlighted the collaborative effort behind the recognition. “The recognition of 26 properties is a direct result of strong teams, intentional investment, and owners who trust us to perform,” Correa said in a press release.
“We’re especially grateful to our owner partners — Apollo, HTR Resorts, RREAF Holdings, Southern Marinas, and Sun Communities. Their continued investment and confidence allow us to elevate guest experiences and consistently execute at a high level. These awards reflect what happens when operational discipline and ownership vision align.”
Blue Water’s portfolio includes waterfront retreats, family-oriented campgrounds, luxury glamping sites, and destination RV resorts. Correa added, “This level of recognition also speaks to our platform. From property-level execution to portfolio-level strategy, our team focuses on delivering results for our owners and memorable stays for guests.”
The 2025 RV LIFE “Best of the Best” Award-winning properties include: Badlands / White River KOA Holiday in South Dakota; Blue Water RV Resort in Texas; Cape Charles / Chesapeake Bay KOA Resort in Virginia; Endless Caverns Resort in Virginia; Four Corners Resort and Marina in Tennessee; multiple HTR properties across South Dakota, Wisconsin, Colorado, and New York; Luray RV Resort on Shenandoah River in Virginia; several Sun Outdoors properties across Oregon, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, Delaware, Maine, Montana, and Tennessee; Tall Pines / Chesapeake Bay KOA in Virginia; Wildwood RV Village in Florida; and Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Mammoth Cave in Kentucky.
For outdoor hospitality professionals, the recognition underscores the impact of combining disciplined operations with strategic investment.
Properties that maintain strong operational standards while adapting to guest expectations are more likely to achieve high satisfaction scores and industry recognition, which can support long-term revenue growth and brand reputation.
Blue Water, founded in 2002, currently oversees more than 60 destinations nationwide, including RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, marinas, and attractions. Its management approach emphasizes operational excellence, strategic marketing, and experience-driven hospitality.
