Australian Caravan Makers Titanium and Urban Make U.S. Debut at SEMA 2025

Two Melbourne-based caravan manufacturers have taken Australian off-road innovation to the global stage, making their U.S. debut at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas — one of the world’s largest automotive and adventure trade events.

According to an article by Caravan Camping Sales, Titanium Caravans, based in Epping, Victoria, unveiled its Ti22 S4 21.6 off-grid model, a tandem-axle caravan designed for rugged terrain and self-sufficient travel.

The model, retailing from $179,295 AUD in Australia, was showcased alongside a Ford Shelby F-250 Super Baja pickup, valued at around US$155,000, which served as its tow vehicle.

“This November, we’re heading to SEMA in Las Vegas for our official U.S. launch,” Titanium said in a statement earlier this year.

“We’re unveiling a purpose-built Titanium Caravan, engineered specifically for the American market. This milestone marks a bold step forward as we take Australian off-road innovation to the world stage.”

Urban Caravans, another Melbourne builder, also entered the American market under its new Urban X Camper brand.

The company displayed its 20-foot Tungsten X-Treme X, an aluminum-frame off-grid caravan priced at around $200,000 AUD. U.S. buyers can also order the single-axle Tungsten Armorlite pop-top, with prices starting at US$115,000 and the X-Treme X at US$145,000.

Urban X is developing a North American dealer network and plans to establish local assembly within two years to offset import tariffs.

The company says U.S. orders currently take about three months to ship from Australia.

Hosted annually at the Las Vegas Convention Center, SEMA draws around 160,000 attendees and 2,200 exhibitors from over 140 countries, showcasing the latest in vehicle design, technology, and customization.

Other Australian RV brands, including Patriot Campers, Redarc, ARB, Track Trailer, Lifestyle, Bruder, and Crusader, also maintain a growing presence in the U.S. market.

The appearance of Titanium and Urban Caravans at SEMA underscores the expanding influence of Australian RV engineering abroad.

Their entry into the American market highlights increasing global interest in off-grid, high-performance caravans — a trend that continues to shape the future of outdoor recreation and mobile living.
