New Arizona RV Resort to Open in Black Canyon City Under CRR Hospitality Management

CRR Hospitality has been appointed to manage the upcoming Rock Springs RV Resort in Black Canyon City, Arizona, a project developed by RSRV Development Partners.

The resort is scheduled to open to long-term guests in October, with full amenities becoming available by December.

Located along Interstate 17 and adjacent to the historic Rock Springs Café, the resort aims to serve both short-term visitors and extended-stay guests seeking access to Arizona’s top recreational destinations.

According to a press release, the resort will feature 123 RV sites and 15 upscale glamping units built into the natural desert surroundings.

Designed to appeal to travelers exploring central Arizona, the resort is positioned along a newly improved travel corridor that provides direct access to destinations such as Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon National Park, Lake Pleasant, and Phoenix.

Amenities at Rock Springs RV Resort will include a clubhouse with a community space, resort-style swimming pool, camp store, pickleball courts, a cornhole court area, a BBQ pavilion with seating and fire pit, and a modern bathhouse.

Additional features include laundry facilities, a propane fill station, exercise trail system, dog park, UTV wash bay, and extra trailer and UTV parking.

For outdoor recreation enthusiasts, the resort offers direct access to ATV and off-road trails weaving through the Bradshaw Mountains.

Guests can also explore a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, trail riding, mountain biking, and backpacking without leaving the property’s vicinity.

“We’re thrilled to partner with CRR Hospitality to bring Rock Springs RV Resort to life,” said Brock Danielson, Managing Partner of RSRV Development Partners.

“Their proven expertise in resort operations and delivering memorable guest experiences makes them the ideal partner for this property, which we believe will become a cornerstone destination for travelers exploring central Arizona,” Danielson added.

Mike Harrison, chief operating officer at CRR Hospitality, expressed confidence in the resort’s future.

“Rock Springs RV Resort is a perfect addition to our growing portfolio of premium outdoor hospitality destinations,” he said.

“With its incredible location, thoughtful design, and connection to the history and charm of Black Canyon City, we’re excited to deliver a memorable guest experience that blends comfort, community, and adventure,” Harrison added.
