CRR Hospitality has been named a recipient of the Arizona Top Workplaces 2025 award by AZ Central, marking the third consecutive year the company has earned this distinction.
The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey administered by Energage LLC.
The survey, developed by Energage, evaluates various dimensions of employee engagement, including perceptions of respect, support, growth opportunities, and empowerment.
The methodology is rooted in more than 18 years of cultural research and data from over 27 million employees across 70,000 organizations.
According to a press release, Sara Naduriak, director of human resources at CRR Hospitality, emphasized the significance of the award in a prepared statement.
