Clear Sky Resorts is set to welcome guests once again on April 25, at their unique location near Grand Canyon National Park.
According to a press release, the resort, known for its distinctive geodesic Sky Domes, offers several enhancements to improve the guest experience this season. With the onset of spring providing milder daytime temperatures, the resort anticipates attracting guests eager to avoid the summer rush while enjoying the natural beauty and tranquility of the area.
The resort’s accommodation, the Sky Dome, is designed to offer a luxurious yet nature-integrated experience with expansive windows and advanced climate-control systems. These features allow guests to appreciate their natural surroundings.
A highlight of the spring season will be the diverse range of activities tailored to engage guests of all ages. Morning yoga sessions will kickstart the day at 8:00 a.m., providing a serene start amidst the natural backdrop. Post-exploration, guests can engage in unique cultural activities such as Native American Flute Making, or the kid’s corner, designed especially for younger visitors.
Evening entertainment includes three hours of live music starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by nightly gatherings around artisan fire pits. The resort’s projection dome will host two daily movie screenings, with family-friendly options at 7:00 p.m. and films for a mature audience at 9:00 p.m.
The Grand Canyon National Park, designated as an International Dark Sky Park in 2019, offers unique night sky views. Guests can partake in guided stargazing tours led by experienced local astronomers and storytellers. These tours are scheduled nightly, weather permitting, and require prior signup.
To enhance guest convenience, the welcome dome has been reorganized to improve flow and expedite the check-in process. The resort’s dining facilities have also seen significant upgrades. The dining dome now features a new layout with a feature wall and strategically placed dining tables to capture the sunrise.
In celebration of the 2024 season-opening, Clear Sky Resorts is offering promotional discounts of 10–15% for bookings made by April 30 for stays of two or three nights in most Sky Dome types.
