An RV resort in Arizona likes to creep things real spooky this season by preparing spine-tingling, fun-filled Halloween activities for its guests.
Verde Ranch RV Resort has crafted an event called “Halloween at Verde Ranch” at its resort to celebrate the spooky season.
True to its mission to create memorable vacation experiences for its guests, the resort in Camp Verde, Arizona, has planned thrilling activities such as Halloween-themed crafts, Halloween dive-in movie nights, Halloween-themed scavenger hunt, trick or treating, costume contests, and more.
“[The celebration runs] every Thursday and three weekends throughout the month. Our main Halloween celebration begins at 9 a.m. with a scavenger hunt and ends at 8 p.m. after our dive-in movie,” said Jazmine Mayhew, the organizer of the event.
She is also encouraging guests to get their spook on, especially for trick-or-treating.
“We are encouraging our guests to decorate their rig and sit outside handing out candy. In addition to this, the resort will be giving out candy bags and toys,” she said.
The RV resort with 399 full hook-up sites also offers information about other local Trick or Treats for those who want more.
Halloween is not Halloween without the costumes. This is why Verde Ranch has organized costume contests. These are open to all ages, and even your furry friend can show off their eerie-sistible charm.
Those who appreciate the season but cannot handle the fright can enjoy fall-themed Paint & Sip at the resort where they can bring a beverage and start working on their masterpiece. Their Free S’mores Roasting Night will keep campers warm, toasty, and full.
Mayhew said that what makes events at Verde Ranch unique is their wide variety of events for all ages. In addition to Halloween festivities, fun-filled adventures are available at the resort all year round. They host tie-dye weekly, Veterans day, Thanksgiving, and Channukah activities coming up next month.
