App My Community announced a new integration with Staylist, a reservation platform for the outdoor hospitality industry, aimed at enhancing the guest experience for holiday parks, RV resorts, and campgrounds.
The collaboration links reservation systems with guest engagement technology, offering a seamless process from booking to check-out.
“At Staylist, we’re always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience from start to finish,” Nic Gramstad, director of sales at Staylist said in a press release.
“Partnering with App My Community allows us to add value beyond booking by giving guests tools that make their entire stay more enjoyable, connected, and convenient,” Gramstad added.
Guests who book through Staylist and download the RV resorts’ custom-branded app developed by App My Community will gain automatic access to features tied directly to their reservation.
The app, accessible by logging in with the same email address used for booking, offers a personalized and interactive experience during their stay.
Key features available to guests include the ability to view current, past, and upcoming reservations instantly, as well as receiving real-time notifications such as activity updates, park alerts, emergency information, and local offers based on their reservation dates.
“This integration with Staylist helps us continue our mission to improve communication between parks and their guests,” said Bobby Sorden, chief marketing officer of App My Community.
“Operators can now engage guests in a smarter, more personalized way, and guests get the information they need exactly when they need it,” Sorden explained.
In addition to reservation details and notifications, guests will have access to tailored in-app content designed to enrich their visit. Available resources include park maps, event schedules, and information about on-site services, all curated based on the guest’s reservation.
