Ally Brown Named Education Director at RVDA’s Mike Molino RV Learning Center

Ally Brown has been appointed Education Director for the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, a division of the National RV Dealers Association (RVDA).

Brown assumes the role as the center prepares for the retirement of longtime Executive Director Karin Van Duyse at the end of June.

In her new position, Brown will manage the learning center’s fixed operations training and certification programs and lead the educational workshop tracks at the annual RV Dealers Convention/Expo.

The learning center serves RV dealership personnel with industry-specific training and development resources.

Brown joins the RV Learning Center with extensive experience in instructional design and professional education.

She has held leadership roles at organizations such as Vista Cova, the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine, and the American Psychiatric Association, where she was responsible for developing and managing online learning strategies.

According to a press release, she holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Bellevue University.

“Ally brings a strong track record in continuing education for early- and mid-career professionals, and we’re excited to benefit from the expertise she brings to the RV Learning Center’s training and certification programs,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.

As Brown takes on her new responsibilities, Van Duyse prepares to conclude a long career with the organization. Her leadership has helped shape and expand the learning center.

“We also are thankful for Karin’s years of service to RV dealers across the country. She has helped build a strong foundation for the association’s education programs and made a lasting impact on the RV Learning Center,” Ingrassia added.

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is a nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Its mission is to provide targeted training and certification for professionals working in the RV retail sector.

The Learning Center’s offerings are intended to support dealership profitability and improve service quality, aligning with RVDA’s broader goals of enhancing dealer performance across North America.
