Johnny’s RV Park is now Mobile West RV Resort, that’s according to Forrest Street Partners.
“Often, rebranding is one of the many improvements we do after purchasing an older RV Park. This one came out great, and the name change really connects it more to the community it serves,” Reece Stead, a partner at Forrest Street Partners, wrote in a LinkedIn post.
The RV park in Theodore, Alabama is just off I-10. According to Mobile West RV Resort’s website, over 170 sites are spread out over 20 acres, surrounded by century-old trees that provide shade. Rent for each site includes electric, cable TV, water, sewer, and garbage. The RV resort also offers lakeside cabins with all utilities and cable TV already included in the rates.
Mobile West RV Resort features a lake for fishing, a playground for the kids, and an on-site restaurant.
There is also a camp store where guests can purchase food or RV supplies. Other amenities include bathhouses, laundry facilities, and a revamped community center. A swimming pool and newly-built basketball court are available for those who want to put some exercise in.
According to its website, Forrest Street Partners focuses on identifying, repositioning, and operating RV parks, manufactured home communities, and retail properties throughout the Southeast. The company is run by four partners, namely Maury Stead, Reece Stead, Todd Baldree, and Brandon Crim. Whitney Thrower is the company’s marketing consultant.
Roswell, Georgia-based real estate investment firm Forrest Street Partners will be posting more upgrades in the coming months, as per the company’s social media post.
