Airxcel to Lead RV Climate and Exterior Systems Training at 2026 NTP-Stag Expo

Airxcel, a supplier of RV climate and exterior products, will host two industry-focused training sessions at the 2026 NTP-Stag Expo in Kissimmee, Florida, on January 20–21.

The sessions are designed to provide dealers, service centers, and technicians with hands-on guidance in climate control and exterior system installation, product updates, and customer service strategies, reinforcing technical expertise across Airxcel’s portfolio.

Airxcel’s participation in the NTP-Stag Expo positions the company at the forefront of dealer and service training within the RV sector. According to a press release, the Expo’s RV & Marine Dealer University offers a wholesale-only platform for professionals to gain practical insights into installation, troubleshooting, and product updates.

The first session, “From Cool to Cozy – The Latest in RV Climate Systems & Customer Support,” will be led by Steve Gokie, director of aftermarket sales, and Justin Gokie, aftermarket  brand sales manager, covering Coleman-Mach air conditioning systems, Maxxair ventilation solutions, and Suburban water heaters, furnaces, and entry steps.

Attendees will also explore product enhancements, installation best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Airxcel aims to equip technicians with tools to streamline service operations and improve the end-user experience.

A dedicated customer service segment, led by Tracey Viburg, director of customer service, will provide step-by-step guidance on Airxcel’s online registration platform, course offerings, and RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 certification pathways.

The second session, “Beyond the Walls – The Latest from Dicor Products, InVision Appliances & Velarium Awnings,” will focus on exterior system solutions. Brett Motheral, director of sales for Dicor and InVision brands, and Todd Vice, director of aftermarket sales for Velarium, will cover new product launches, performance updates, installation guidance, and service considerations.

Products highlighted in this session include Dicor sealants, roofing, and maintenance solutions; InVision appliances; and Velarium awning systems. The goal is to support technicians and dealers in delivering more reliable and efficient service, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Tracey Viburg will again lead a customer service segment in this session, emphasizing online class registration, navigating available training courses, and leveraging RVTI Level 3 certification to maintain technical proficiency.

Both sessions will provide attendees with actionable insights on installation techniques, common troubleshooting scenarios, and product-specific considerations, aligning with Airxcel’s commitment to operational efficiency and service excellence.

The NTP-Stag Expo, recognized for its dealer-focused content and wholesale networking opportunities, provides an established platform for industry suppliers like Airxcel to reinforce relationships with service centers and technicians.
