Airxcel has begun implementing a new unified leadership structure across its Cleer Vision and Velarium brands, a move aimed at strengthening operations and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The reorganization consolidates management roles at Cleer Vision, a supplier of RV windows, baggage doors, and tempered glass, and Velarium, a manufacturer of RV awnings and accessories. The appointments will take effect September 1.
Jimmy Harlow has been named general manager for both Cleer Vision and Velarium.
Harlow has led Cleer Vision’s three divisions, Windows, Doors, and Tempered Glass, since October 2023 and will now oversee a broader portfolio.
Marc Disher has been appointed product manager for the two brands. Disher previously served as sales manager for Cleer Vision and will bring his sales background to product development responsibilities across the businesses.
Jeff Cowan has also been promoted to senior vice president of sales and engineering for Cleer Vision and Velarium. Formerly business unit manager for Velarium, Cowan will guide product innovation and growth strategies across both brands.
“These promotions will help Cleer Vision and Velarium lead the field through combined innovation and leadership,” said Anthony Wollschlager, president and CEO of Airxcel.
“They reflect Airxcel’s commitment to developing internal talent, supporting dynamic growth, and serving our customers in the RV industry with expertise and efficiency,” Wollschlager added.
The leadership changes are part of a broader initiative to encourage collaboration between Airxcel brands and align business units under shared strategic goals. The company emphasized that the shift will build on existing strengths while positioning the businesses for continued expansion.
Founded in 2003, Cleer Vision has long been an Elkhart-based supplier to the RV industry. The company joined the Airxcel portfolio in 2021 and now operates three divisions specializing in windows, tempered glass, and doors.
Headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Airxcel operates 17 companies with 14 facilities across the United States and Europe. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes a range of critical products for the RV industry, supporting a broad base of manufacturers and suppliers.
