Airxcel has appointed Chris Greer as vice president of sourcing, a leadership role that will oversee sourcing strategy and support product development across the company’s portfolio of 17 brands.
The appointment became effective Monday, November 17, according to the company.
The company said the move strengthens its focus on product quality, cost competitiveness, and collaboration across its brands. Greer previously served as business unit manager at InVision, an Airxcel brand known for RV kitchen solutions.
Greer joined InVision at its launch in February 2023, contributing to the brand’s expansion and customer-driven approach.
In his new role, Airxcel said he will guide sourcing initiatives that support broader organizational goals.

Greer brings deep experience in product development and innovation, areas that have shaped his leadership at InVision. His transition into the corporate sourcing role is positioned to support growth across Airxcel’s product categories.
According to a press release, Airxcel President and CEO Anthony Wollschlager said Greer’s leadership strengths make him well suited for the expanded responsibilities.
“Chris is a proven leader whose passion for innovation and collaborative approach will help drive Airxcel’s continued success as a market leader,” Wollschlager said.
Wollschlager added that the company anticipates Greer will play a key part in shaping sourcing strategies that align with Airxcel’s long-term direction. “We look forward to his contributions in shaping the future of our sourcing and product development,” he said.
In the new position, Greer will oversee supplier relationships for the company’s brands and manufacturing facilities. Airxcel said this includes identifying ways to improve efficiency and maintain product quality.
Greer said his priority is to build on the collaborative culture across Airxcel’s companies. “My goal is to drive ongoing innovation and strengthen collaboration across all our companies and brands, ensuring we leverage our collective strengths to deliver new and impactful products,” he said.
He added that he plans to focus on sourcing strategies that position Airxcel for continued innovation. “I’m excited to elevate our sourcing strategies and keep bringing forward-thinking solutions to the RV industry,” Greer said.
Headquartered in Wichita, Airxcel designs, manufactures, and distributes functional products for the RV industry. Its operations include 14 facilities in the United States and Europe, with brands serving OEMs, dealers, and RV owners.
